      It took a few nights to get used to, but my n ex ck pain and arm numbness has decreased significantly.

      Sleep pillow

      Absolutely love and now hubby has one too. Fits my neck perfectly since I am a side sleeper. Also helps me with neck pain I have due to bulged discs in neck and in between shoulder blades. So I would say this is a must have item for those issues right there and helps you relax muscles around neck and shoulder blades too.
